1.  USCG Licensed Captain/Scuba Instructor.  This position consists of operating and maintaining the Amoray Diver, a 45’ power catamaran, as well as the Just-In-Time, our six-pack dive boat.  Captains are required to give safety briefings & site briefings, and as an instructor teach a variety of scuba classes from DSDs to divemaster. 

 

2.  Scuba Instructor/Mate/Retail Sales.  This combination position for a scuba instructor involves teaching scuba (from DSD to divemaster), mating on our 45’ dive boat and helping with boat maintenance, and working in the front office taking reservations and checking guests in for rooms and dive trips.  Applicants need to be detail-oriented, personable and motivated. 

 

3.  Manager-Trainee for Front Desk Reservations.  Career-oriented, fulltime position for a person that enjoys meeting new people and has strong organization skills.  Applicant needs to be detail-oriented, well-spoken, comfortable with written correspondence, and highly self-motivated.  Must be able to multi-task and problem-solve.  Background in scuba diving and hospitality industry desirable but not necessary.  Requires weekends and some nights.  Salary commensurate with experience. 

 

4.  Reservationist/Front Desk/Retail Buyer.  Both full-time and part-time positions available for working at the front desk.  Responsibilities include answering telephones, taking reservations, checking folks in for rooms, diving, snorkeling and scuba instruction.  Some inventory purchasing and cataloging involved.  Knowledge of scuba desirable but not required.  Must be personable, and comfortable with written correspondence.
